Description
The City of Foster City is seeking qualified general contractors for the Lagoon Pump Station Seismic Rehabilitation and Capacity Enhancement Project. The work includes removal of old pumps, installation of new Cascade model 66-AM pumps, construction of stop log isolation systems, replacement of flap gates and trash rack systems, refurbishment of weir gates, inspection and repair of concrete structures, replacement of walkways, installation of roof access openings, seismic retrofits, roof waterproofing replacement, and electrical upgrades. The project completion time is 300 calendar days with an estimated construction cost between $14,000,000 and $15,000,000. Contractors must hold a valid Class A General Contractor license and submit pre-qualification packages by June 18, 2026.
