Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is seeking qualified providers for accessibility services to support its students, faculty, staff, and visitors: - Government Buyer: - Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) - Procurement Services, Student Accessibility Services, and University Human Resources - Services Requested: - Live and/or remote American Sign Language (ASL)/English interpreting services - Cued Language Transliteration services (live and/or remote) - Transcription services for classes, events, and meetings - On-site and remote interpreting/transliteration for both one-time events and full semester projects - Travel services for interpreters, with billing limitations based on distance and time - Requirements: - All interpreters must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Iowa - Use of the Vancro scheduling platform for coordination - Compliance with ISU insurance requirements (including general liability, professional liability, and cyber/data privacy liability) - Periodic quality assessments (at least once per semester) - Detailed billing procedures, with monthly invoicing - Preference for local staff to minimize travel costs - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the opportunity is open to qualified companies or individuals - Pricing requested for hourly rates for both one-time and semester-long services, including travel rates and minimum time requirements

Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide live and/or remote American Sign Language (ASL)/English interpreting services, Cued Language Transliteration services, and transcription services. These services will support ISU students, faculty, staff, and visitors who require qualified interpreters to access spoken communication for classes, events, and meetings. The contract includes coordination through the Vancro scheduling platform and requires compliance with ISU's insurance and general terms and conditions. Proposals must be submitted online via ISUBid by June 9, 2026, with questions due by May 29, 2026.
