The project includes construction of PCC pavement, water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, subgrade preparation, modified subbase, manholes, intakes, sidewalk and shared use path paving, and other associated work. There is a base bid and a bid alternate covering additional roadway and utility improvements further south. Work must comply with approved plans and specifications and be completed by June 1, 2027.
