Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) seeks to establish a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with an experienced and qualified Property Management Company to provide comprehensive, full-service property management for the University’s employee rental community, Eagle View Villages. Services to be provided under the MSA include general property management, leasing, tenant relations, financial management, and reporting.
