Texas A&M University is seeking bids to establish a Master Order for a wide range of industrial supplies and equipment for use across the Texas A&M University System. - Government Buyer: - Texas A&M University, managed by the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) - Contract available to all departments and agencies within the Texas A&M University System - Products/Services Requested: - Various industrial supplies and equipment, provided on an as-needed basis - Vendors must offer discounts from their entire master catalog - Specific items will be listed for pricing evaluation; additional items within the same category may be added during the contract term - Vendors must supply manufacturer, model number, and detailed specification sheets for any equivalent products offered - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All quoted prices must include shipping, fees, and taxes - Minimum one-year warranty on all parts and equipment - Delivery as requested by TEES - Agreement may be extended to additional items within the same category, with discounts and unit pricing negotiated at the time of addition - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; equivalents to specified brands and models will be considered

Description

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a Master Order for the supply of various industrial supplies and equipment on an as-needed basis for Texas A&M University. The contract term is one year from the date of award, with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The successful vendor must provide discounts on their entire master catalog and meet delivery requirements to Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station. The vendor must also provide a minimum one-year warranty on parts and equipment and be prepared to extend the agreement to all departments and agencies of the Texas A&M University System.
