Description
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a Master Order for the supply of various industrial supplies and equipment on an as-needed basis for Texas A&M University. The contract term is one year from the date of award, with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The successful vendor must provide discounts on their entire master catalog and meet delivery requirements to Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station. The vendor must also provide a minimum one-year warranty on parts and equipment and be prepared to extend the agreement to all departments and agencies of the Texas A&M University System.
