This Request for Proposal is for the Charman Creek Restoration Phase 2 project. The scope includes removal of concrete weirs and channelization, restoration of the creek with natural cobbles and boulders, replacement of existing 1200 mm circular concrete culverts with owner supplied 2100 x 1200 mm embedded box culverts, invasive plant removal, tree removal, and riparian planting. The work requires retention of a project Environmental Monitor to ensure compliance with permits, reports, and bylaws.
