The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (NYS OASAS) is issuing a Request for Proposals to develop, implement, and manage pre-authorization/admission services for individuals under age 21 with substance use disorders requiring inpatient treatment. This service is Medicaid-eligible under NYCRR Title 14, Part 817 – Residential Rehabilitation Services for Youth (RRSY). The contract term is 5 years, and NYS OASAS seeks to award a single bidder.
