Description

The Bioproduits Development Center Biopterre, in collaboration with the Cégep, is seeking to build new infrastructure to consolidate all its activities under one roof, including state-of-the-art research greenhouses. The project will be executed using the Progressive Design-Build (CCP) method. This solicitation is the first step in the selection process, where selected candidates will be invited to submit proposals with qualitative and financial components to co-develop the project. The goal is to develop a design sufficient for the contractor to submit a technical proposal and fixed price for completing the design and construction, leading to a design-build contract with the Cégep.
