The City of Contrecœur is requesting complete professional engineering services for the preparation of plans and specifications for the addition of two stairway screens, tank mounting, as well as a compactor and bagger in a new building at the wastewater treatment plant. The contract duration is estimated to be 24 months. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by June 11, 2026, and only bidders who have obtained the tender documents through the SÉAO site can submit a bid. The City does not commit to accepting the lowest or any bid and is not liable for any costs incurred by bidders.
