NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR JACKSONVILLE is seeking overhaul and testing services for Marotta valves used on the USS SULLIVANS DDG 68. - Government Buyer: - Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR JACKSONVILLE), Department of the Navy - OEMs and Vendors: - Marotta (Original Equipment Manufacturer of the valves) - Products/Services Requested: - Overhaul (soft kits only) and testing of Marotta valves - Seven (7) RM11HB-6B valves (part number: 283145-0003) - Two (2) RM11MA valves (part number: 281163-0008) - Services include: - Replacement of all soft parts (o-rings, gaskets) using OEM Marotta materials - Comprehensive testing, reassembly, tagging, and delivery of fully mission-capable valves - Provision of test reports and certificates of conformance - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Only OEM Marotta parts are to be used for the overhaul - All work must restore valves to fully mission-capable status - Testing is to be performed off-site at Moody Marine Services, Atlantic Beach, FL - Turnaround time is 15-30 days if all valves are received at once, or 30-45 days after receipt of order and government-furnished property - Contractor must provide all labor, facilities, equipment, and materials

Description

The purpuse of this  requirements is for the overhaul (soft kits only) and testing of Marotta valves. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment, and OEM materials necessary to return the following assets to a fully mission-capable status:

Seven (7) each: RM11HB-6B Marotta valves Two (2) each: RM11MA Marotta valves
