This procurement seeks Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) services for Pennsylvania Department of Corrections Community Corrections Centers: - Government Buyer: - Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections (DOC) - Services Requested: - Full-time, on-site Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) services at three Community Corrections Centers (CCCs): - Harrisburg CCC (27 N Cameron St, Harrisburg, PA 17101) - Scranton CCC (240 Adams Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503) - York CCC (317 West Market Street, York, PA 17401) - Each CCC requires one full-time CPS (37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, excluding state holidays) - CPSs will provide peer support and crisis intervention to reentrants with mental health diagnoses - Notable Requirements: - Bidders must be agencies licensed by the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) - Minimum three years’ experience providing CPS services - All CPS staff must be certified and meet DOC requirements - Services must be performed on-site (no telework permitted) - Adherence to DOC security, ethical, and HR compliance standards - Multiple awards possible by location; DOC may adjust number of CPS positions or add locations - Limited, pre-approved travel reimbursement; overtime/weekend work requires prior approval - No OEMs or product vendors are involved, as this is a services-only procurement

Description

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections (DOC), seeks to procure Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) services from an agency licensed by the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS). This is a multiple award contract by location for Harrisburg CCC, Scranton CCC, and York CCC. The CPS will provide peer support and crisis intervention to reentrants living in Community Corrections Centers (CCCs). The contract duration is until September 30, 2026, and only electronic bids will be accepted.
