The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), in partnership with the Program Management Office Stryker Brigade Combat Team (PM SBCT), is seeking innovative commercial solutions for a new PFAS-Free Tire Fire Suppression Kit Extinguisher for the Stryker Family of Vehicles. Companies shall propose solutions that maximize the use of existing commercial technologies. The primary objective is to identify and procure a modern, effective, and environmentally friendly replacement for the current system while maintaining or exceeding all operational performance standards. Interested parties are highly encouraged to visit the Government Point of Entry (www.sam.gov) to review the Stryker Family of Vehicles (FoV) CSO posting in its entirety to obtain more information on the process for submission and evaluation of the CSO AoI responses.

The Contracting/Agreements Officer is not obligated to extend a request for Commercial Solution Proposal or make an award as a result of this CSO AoI; all awards/agreements are subject to the availability of funds and successful negotiations.

This CSO AoI is not an authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the company associated with developing a response. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance under this CSO AoI, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting/Agreements Officer with appropriate consideration established. The Government reserves the right to modify the requirements of this CSO AoI.
