Quote Submission Instructions: Offerors shall prepare and submit quotes in accordance with the instructions outlined in the attached RFQ. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the quote being deemed non-responsive and eliminated from further consideration. Quotes must be clear, concise, and complete, and must address all requirements of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right toaward without discussion; therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit their best terms in their initial quote.

For compliance, all quotes shall include the following: 1.Technical Quote:

Shall include the specifications (including color and layout) for the proposed items. Shall include a picture of the actual portable restroom trailer at Area 2 (inside and outside); A “stock” or “catalog” image is not acceptable. Shall include a janitorial service plan.

Responses to questions will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation.
