The University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) is seeking qualified providers for 24/7 Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery On-Call Services at its main campus in Las Vegas, NV. - Government Buyer: - University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC), Chief Executive Officer - Services Requested: - 24/7 on-call emergency and clinical oral and maxillofacial surgery services - Includes patient examination, diagnosis, surgical intervention, follow-up care, daily rounds, administrative and supervisory duties, and participation in hospital committees and quality initiatives - Both individual surgeons and physician groups are eligible to respond - Key Requirements: - Providers must be licensed dentists (DDS or DMD) with credentials from the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners - Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery required - Must maintain medical staff privileges at UMC and comply with all hospital, state, and federal policies - Providers must carry appropriate insurance and pass background checks - Strict adherence to UMC's credentialing, compliance, and onboarding policies - Compensation and Contract Details: - $1,200 per day for on-call coverage, not to exceed $438,000 annually - Initial contract term is three years, with two optional one-year extensions (maximum five years) - Payments are made monthly upon invoice - Contract is subject to annual fiscal appropriations - Submission Requirements: - Signed Professional Services Agreement (individual or group) - Disclosure of Ownership/Principals Form - Representations and Certifications - Vendor Self-Identification Form - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are involved, as this is a professional services procurement - Place of Performance: - University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, 1800 W.
