The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wilmington District is seeking a contractor to provide underbridge inspection truck services for three dam service bridges in North Carolina and Virginia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District (KO Contracting Division) - Products and Services Requested: - Underbridge Inspection Truck (1 unit) - Truck-mounted equipment with at least three articulations in the boom, rotating turret, outriggers with wheels, bucket for two inspectors and one operator, and bucket operation from within the bucket - Underbridge Inspection Services - Licensed driver and operator trained in bucket operation and rescue procedures - Support for inspection of three dam service bridges: B. All Vendors must submit both a Price Quote and Technical Proposal.

Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. See provision 52.212-2 for technical acceptability requirements.

QUESTIONS/RFI are due no later than 28 May 2026, 2:00 PM, ET. QUOTES are due no later than 5 June 2026, 2:00 PM, ET.

No hard copies will be accepted or evaluated. Both the Price Quote and Technical Proposal must be received by the closing date and time set forth within the solicitation.

In an effort to reduce paper and cost, all quotes shall be submitted electronically. All submissions shall be in Adobe PDF format and shall be on 8 1/2 x 11 size pages in no less than 10 pitch or 10 fonts. Vendors may use compression utility software such as WinZip or PKZip to reduce fie size and facilitate electronic transmission.

Any Quote that fails to conform to the essential requirements of the of the solicitation may be deemed non-responsive and not considered for award.
