General Questions:
What do you identify as the high risks in this project? Referring to the following schedule requirements, please share the challenges you would anticipate: Mandatory In-channel work window: 16 November - 14 March Work outside of the channel can occur all year. Currently estimating two windows each Is this enough? Can the work be accomplished in one season? If we permitted abutment work during October/November timeframe prior to in-water-work window, could it be possible to do the work with water in the channel? Are the proposed staging areas enough room? Please share your preference of acquisition strategy: Sealed Bid, Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable, or Best Value Trade Off. Please see attached Project Labor Agreement Survey.
