Description
The 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley Space Force Base (SFB), Colorado, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service to repair boiler gas valves (6).
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to replace six (6) gas control valves located in buildings B1005 and B1007. All replacement parts must be new, unused, and non-refurbished. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 14 May 2026.
2. Acquisition Details:
Methodology: This requirement will result in a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Set-Aside: This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors) Size Standard: $19 Million Period of Performance: 60 calendar days after receipt of award.

Quotes and all accompanying documentation must be submitted via email to the Points of Contact (POCs) listed below. The deadline for receipt of quotes is 25 May 2026 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time. Vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission to be eligible for award.
