The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound is seeking to procure Edge Workstations for use at federal facilities in Washington state. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound Contracting Division (DLA-PME), 467 W Street, Bremerton, WA 98314-5000 - DLA Weapons Support Puget Sound - OEMs and Vendors: - MAC TOOLS (Original Equipment Manufacturer) - Edge series workstations are compatible with Stanley Black & Decker systems - Products/Services Requested: - 16 units of MAC TOOLS EDGE WORKSTATION, model E4122-B-FBRD - 41-inch, 18-gauge steel roller cabinet - 22-inch depth, soft-close drawers (125-200 lb capacity) - Heavy-duty 6x2 inch casters - Designed for professional technicians and oversized mission-critical tooling - 1 additional 18-gauge steel roller cabinet (Edge series, direct replacement for existing equipment) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Supply chain traceability and liability insurance required - Compliance with FAR and DFARS clauses, including safeguarding information systems and prohibitions on certain telecommunications equipment - Inspection and acceptance at destination (TRIREFFAC facility, Silverdale, WA) - Delivery must be FOB Destination - COTS exemption from NIST SP 800-171 if properly identified - Manufacturer details, lead time, and delivery date must be included in quotes - Submission of signed and completed solicitation via email

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF QUOTES IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SAM WEBSITE.

To be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
