The 9th Security Forces Squadron at Beale Air Force Base is seeking vendors for the supply and delivery of a speed trailer system with advanced license plate recognition capabilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 9th Security Forces Squadron, Beale Air Force Base - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) standard speed trailer equipped with license plate recognition camera - Must be solar powered, towable, programmable for speed and message display, and rated for outdoor operation - Two (2) mounted license plate recognition cameras - Capable of recording vehicles exceeding speed limits, with RADAR in both directions and VLT camera for darkness - One (1) mounted backup battery system - Includes two rechargeable battery packs and one charger, providing 72 hours of power - One (1) mounted solar panel - Heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant, wind and debris resistant, with locking system - Secure cloud-based data storage - Password-protected access and secure hard drive storage for captured data - On-site training for up to 10 personnel - Minimum two hours covering operation and basic maintenance - Notable Requirements: - Delivery required within 60 days after order - One-year warranty from shipment date - Optional purchase of up to two additional speed radar trailers - Training to be conducted during standard base hours - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - All equipment must support speed enforcement and vehicle identification for base security

Information submitted is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for any costs incurred in responding.

The 9th Contracting Squadron at Beale AFB, CA is conducting market research to identify interested and capable sources for the following requirement:

Requirement Overview

The requirement includes providing all supervision, labor, tools, materials, parts, and equipment to fulfil the following requirement:

- Purchase, delivery, and one time instruction of Speed Trailer with license plate recognition capabilities.
