The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Noninvasive Cardiac Output Monitoring System. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and project management required to deliver, install, calibrate, validate, and train staff on one Starling CMMST5 system outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Items will be delivered to the Central Arkansas Veterans Hospital (CAVHS), Eugene J. Towbin VA Medical Center 2200 Fort Roots Drive, Bldg. 182, North Little Rock, AR, 72114.
