The Tennessee Army National Guard is seeking contractor support for the 1172nd Transportation Company Pre-Mobilization Yellow Ribbon event, a one-day gathering for up to 285 attendees. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Tennessee Army National Guard - Event Support Requirements: - Conference/general session room for 275-285 people, with tables, chairs, podium, American flag, audio-visual equipment (microphones, speaker system, at least 2 projectors), internet connectivity, and water stations - Two childcare rooms (one for 20, one for 15 children), each with TV, wireless internet, lavatory access, and registration table - Vendor space for 25 vendors, each with table and chairs, water station, and wireless internet for at least 40 computers - Meals for 285 attendees: - Continental breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, milk, fruit, pastries) served 7:00–8:00 AM - Buffet lunch (salad, two entrees, two vegetables, bread, dessert, beverages) served 11:00 AM–12:30 PM - Alternative boxed lunch option: 90 Chicken Caesar Wraps, 90 Roast Beef Sandwiches, 90 Turkey Sandwiches, 15 Mediterranean Veggie Wraps, all with fruit, chips, cookies, and condiments - Beverages available throughout the event - Event clean-up services after each meal and at event conclusion - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Security clearances and compliance with DoD and Army regulations required for all personnel - All equipment, materials, and personnel (except government-furnished items) must be provided by the contractor - No lodging is required - Locations: - Event to be held at one location in Tennessee: Memphis (preferred), Germantown, Collierville, Millington, Nashville, Henderson, or Jackson - **No specific OEMs or named vendors are identified in the solicitation or attachments.
