The United States Secret Service (USSS) is seeking a contractor to deliver a four-day Tactical Medical Operators Course (TMOC) for up to 12 students. - Government Buyer: - United States Secret Service (USSS), Operational Medicine Division - Products/Services Requested: - Tactical Medical Operators Course (TMOC) for 12 students - Four-day (32-hour) course - Instruction on Tactical Emergency Medical Support (TEMS) principles, MARCH skills, advanced airway management, pharmacology, and trauma care - Contractor to provide all instructional personnel, materials, travel, and training aids - Government to provide operational gear, medical equipment, resupply, and training munitions - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Course must be held at a vendor-provided training location - All instruction and course materials are the responsibility of the contractor - The course is designed for up to 12 USSS personnel - Place of Performance: - Training location to be provided by the contractor (TBD) - USSS contracting office located at 950 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20223
