Description

NAVSUP FLCN Pentagon Directorate Philadelphia Office Contracting Department located at 700 Robbins Ave Bldg. 2B Philadelphia, PA intends to procure services on a sole source basis with USA Water Polo, Inc of Irvine, California. to provide the Naval Recruiting Command (NRC) with the potential to achieve a significant portion of its new contract goals. The synergy created by Navy’s presence at USA Water Polo events will foster valuable recruiting and referral opportunities, contributing directly to recruitment success. USA Water Polo provides multiple high value avenues for lead generation. These include Navy activation at the Junior Olympics, enabling recruiters to engage directly with athletes and parents and collect qualified contact information; dedicated email campaigns and integrated social media content that drive traffic to Navy recruiting platforms. USA Water Polo has singular control over its proprietary membership database of over 45,000 athletes and families, providing unparalleled and direct access to a key recruiting demographic that cannot be acquired through any other means.

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 5.2, using Simplified Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services at FAR Part 12.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This is the only RFQ for this requirement, it includes all the terms and conditions as well as applicable FAR, DFARS and NMCARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated task order. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
