The Trophy Club Fire Department is seeking qualified medical providers to deliver annual occupational health physical examinations for its firefighting personnel. - Government Buyer: - Trophy Club Fire Department (City of Trophy Club, Texas) - Products/Services Requested: - Annual occupational health physical examinations for approximately 17 firefighters per year - Two-tier alternating model: - Tier A: Essentials Cancer Screening (comprehensive physical, cancer screening labs, imaging) - Tier B: Essentials Cardiovascular Screening (comprehensive physical, cardiovascular labs, imaging) - Exams include metabolic panel, CBC, lipid panel, urinalysis, hemoglobin A1c, vision and audiogram screenings, body composition analysis, human performance assessment, chest X-ray or EKG, and ultrasound or cardiopulmonary exercise test (depending on tier) - Services may be delivered on-site via mobile medical unit or at the provider's facility - Operational Threat Brief and Organizational Climate Assessment required for events with 10+ personnel screened - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; only aggregate, de-identified data provided to the Department - Providers must be licensed in Texas, have occupational medicine experience, provide references, and carry professional liability insurance - Pricing is per-exam with a fixed 5% annual escalation for renewals - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to all qualified medical providers

The Trophy Club Fire Department is seeking proposals from qualified medical providers to perform annual occupational health physical examinations for approximately 17 firefighting personnel per year. The services include a comprehensive physical examination package delivered on a two-tier alternating annual model (cancer screening and cardiovascular screening), with the Department selecting the applicable tier each year. The initial contract term is one year, with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. All medical findings remain confidential between the contractor and the individual examined.
