Description
The Trophy Club Fire Department is seeking proposals from qualified medical providers to perform annual occupational health physical examinations for approximately 17 firefighting personnel per year. The services include a comprehensive physical examination package delivered on a two-tier alternating annual model (cancer screening and cardiovascular screening), with the Department selecting the applicable tier each year. The initial contract term is one year, with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. All medical findings remain confidential between the contractor and the individual examined.
