Contractor shall provide academic programs and career fields; enhancing their personal leadership and character development; inspiring academic excellence; increasing the desire to continue education beyond high school and increasing the desire to pursue STEM related career opportunities. Contractor shall provide 10 curriculum learning hours and instructors to coach, mentor and guide all groups of 1500 Cadets (camp 1: 750 and camp 2: 750) each through the four-day course and complete a brief assessment/evaluation on each cadet at the end. Contractor shall provide at least 10 teachers, 20 upper-level college students (rising junior, senior, or graduate) to coach, mentor and guide modules of 30 cadets each through the one-week cycle and complete a brief assessment/evaluation on each cadet at the end.
