Description
The New York State Department of Health's Office of Health Equity and Human Rights is seeking qualified consultants to develop and execute trainings, conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection such as focus groups and organizational surveys, and related activities to advance health equity within organizations. The solicitation is funded by a $250,000 grant from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, distributed across five components of $50,000 each. The contract term is from July 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026, and covers five components: Staff Training, Focus Groups, Organizational Survey, Advisory Boards and Council Member Training, and Community Partner Training. Proposals are due by June 22, 2026.
