Madison County is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to engineering firms experienced in upgrading an existing wastewater treatment plant. The project includes equipment upgrades at the existing wastewater treatment plant located along US-29 and a 1.7-mile sewer line extension from the facility to a new discharge location. Responding firms should be technically qualified, licensed to provide professional engineering and design services, and experienced in the preparation of studies and plans for public infrastructure projects.
