Belknap County is seeking proposals from qualified flooring contractors to furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and related services necessary for the removal and replacement of flooring at the Belknap County Superior Court located at 64 Court Street, Laconia, New Hampshire. The scope includes removal and disposal of existing flooring, surface preparation, installation of new flooring and 6-inch cove base, installation of transitions and edge treatments, cleanup, and coordination to minimize disruption. The project requires compliance with OSHA regulations and local building codes, and work hours are limited to Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM unless otherwise approved. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is required.
