Unmanned Threat Emitter (UMTE) X Band Transmitter

The Government is conducting market research to identify potential industry sources capable of providing solutions to consolidate and replace obsolete, single-function transmitter systems. Currently, the Government relies on multiple ground-based threat emitter platforms (designated TK-1, TK-2 and TK-4) which utilize legacy transmitters.
