The State of New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids for a one-time purchase of a snowmobile and a cargo trailer for use by the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department. - Government Buyer: - State of New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, Bureau of Purchase and Property - OEMs and Vendors: - Ski-Doo (Bombardier Recreational Products Inc.) – manufacturer of the Summit X snowmobile - Proline Products – manufacturer of the Aluminum V-Nose Cargo Trailer - Equivalent products from other OEMs are acceptable - Products/Services Requested: - 1 x 2027 Ski-Doo Summit X snowmobile (or equivalent) - Black color, 850 E-TEC liquid cooled 2-stroke engine, and all standard equipment - Includes multiple accessories: skid plate, reinforcement chassis under kit, covered trailer and kit, 12V outlet kit, USB port kit, hand lever brake lever kit, handlebar deflector kit, handlebar riser block, LINQ Tunnel bag, glove box kit, smartphone heated bag, guard kit, and guard snow kit - All accessories must be fully installed prior to delivery - 1 x 2026 Proline Products Aluminum V-Nose Cargo Trailer Model SN09014 (or equivalent) - Black color, 7000 LB GVWR, upgraded 66" interior height, spare tire on galvanized wheel, tire wall mount bracket, mat glide package on both ramps, low profile ski guides and tracks grabbers, 2" ball receiver, interior and exterior lighting - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery required to the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department in Concord, NH - All equipment and accessories must be fully installed before delivery - Bids must be for new, current model year equipment (2027 for snowmobile, 2026 for trailer) or equivalent - Delivery must occur within 90 days of purchase order - Bid prices must remain firm for the contract period - No specific part numbers provided; equivalents allowed if meeting or exceeding specifications
