Description
To conduct a wild horse drive-trap gather on the Inyo National Forest that will capture and remove 450 wild horses outside and in the surrounding areas of the Montgomery Pass WHT.
A Pre-Award Conference call will be held via Teams on May 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Execution of this SF 1449 does not constitute authorization to begin performance. No work shall begin until the award is fully executed by a duly warranted Contracting Officer or a written Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. Any work performed prior to signature by a warranted Contracting Officer or issuance of an NTP is performed strictly at the contractor’s own risk. The Government shall not be held liable for any costs, obligations, or actions undertaken by the contractor in violation of this notice.
