The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Panama City Division is seeking quotes from small businesses for the procurement of diver propulsion equipment. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Panama City Division - OEMs and Vendors: - DPV-TECH (OEM, manufacturer of Seacraft TAC2000) - Only authorized DPV-TECH resellers are eligible; proof of authorization is required - Products/Services Requested: - Seacraft TAC2000 Complete Set (DPV-TECH brand only) - Quantity: 1 lot - No substitute brands accepted; must meet full OEM specifications - Shipping (1 lot) - Notable Requirements: - Only DPV-TECH brand is acceptable due to brand name justification - Vendors must provide full OEM specifications, CAGE code, and lead time - Invoicing must be through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) - Shipping must be included or quoted separately - Delivery to NSWC Panama City Division, Panama City Beach, FL - Small business set-aside; only small businesses may respond

Description

This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside per the requirment in the attachement.  Email quotes (on your companies letterhead with full OEM specifications) to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Tuesday 26 May 2026 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 Days. IF shipping is not included in the price, please include a line item for shipping price on your quote.

The Government will not accept quotes that are partial or incomplete. Provide CAGE code and Lead time on your quote. Vendor must be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The Terms are NET 30 Days If shipping is not included in the price, include a line item for shipping.
