The services include provider enrollment, payer credentialing, recredentialing, PSV, expirable monitoring, sanction monitoring, CAQH maintenance, payer follow-up, issue resolution, and administrative support. The contract term is one year with the possibility of up to four additional one-year renewals. The solicitation is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IVB) and award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the requirements.
