Description

Clemson University is seeking an experienced supplier to provide and install flooring products campus-wide as specified in the attached Scope of Work. The contract includes removal of existing flooring, preparation, installation, and cleanup services for various flooring types including carpet, resilient flooring, tile, and specialty flooring. The contract term is one year with options to renew for up to four additional years. Bidders must submit proposals electronically and include a completed bidding schedule and contractor's license. The award will be made to the two lowest responsive and responsible bidders, with future work assigned on a project basis.
