Catoosa County is seeking a vendor to upgrade security at the Catoosa County Library in Ringgold, Georgia. - Government Buyer: - Catoosa County Board of Commissioners - OEMs and Vendors: - Verkada (specified for cameras) - Products/Services Requested: - 27 Verkada security cameras, each with a 5-year license - Removal of 15 existing cameras (7 exterior, 8 interior) - Installation of new code-compliant 550Mhz Solid Copper Core 23-AWG ethernet cabling - Termination, testing, and labeling of all cables - Filling of exterior camera holes with Sika polyurethane mortar sealant (interior holes left for owner to patch) - Project management and coordination with IT and Library Directors - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only Verkada cameras are specified as acceptable - No heavy equipment (e.g., scissor lifts) allowed inside the library - Contractor must minimize installation noise and comply with all relevant laws and licensing - All work must be performed during regular business hours unless Saturday work is approved by the owner

Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed written proposals from qualified vendors to provide and install 27 Verkada cameras with a 5-year license at the Catoosa County Library located at 108 Catoosa Cir, Ringgold, GA. The scope includes removal of 15 old cameras, installation of new cameras and associated cabling, and compliance with all applicable laws. The contractor must manage the project, coordinate with IT and Library Directors, and minimize installation noise.
