The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), under the Department of the Navy and NAVSEA, is seeking quotes for EATON brand Air Drier Parts Kits to support critical military equipment maintenance: - Procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside, open only to authorized EATON distributors and resellers - Buyer: Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division - OEM Highlight: EATON is the sole approved manufacturer for these parts - Product Requested: - 500 units of EATON Air Drier Parts Kit - NSN: 4440-01-451-9331 - Part Number: 5479361 - Kits are essential for building power board prototypes and ensuring ultra-dry air in clandestine delivered mine (CDM) systems - Vendors must provide: - Proof of EATON authorization - Full OEM specifications, CAGE code, and lead time - Shipping included or quoted separately - Invoicing via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) - Evaluation based on best value: pricing, delivery, quality, and past performance - Strict adherence to quote completeness and timeliness required - Delivery required within 12 weeks after contract award - Place of performance and delivery: NSWC Panama City Division, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7001

This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside per the requirment in the attachement.  Email quotes (on your companies letterhead with full OEM specifications) to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Friday 22 May 2026 7am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 Days. IF shipping is not included in the price, please include a line item for shipping price on your quote.  ** Authorized distributors and resellers of EATON Brand.
