The Louisiana Economic Development (LED) agency is seeking a qualified vendor to implement a Salesforce-based solution for managing grants, incentives, contracts, correspondence, and related operations. - Government Buyer: - State of Louisiana, Department of Economic Development (LED) - Primary OEM: - Salesforce (core platform for solution) - Key Products/Services Requested: - Implementation of a Salesforce-based system for grants, incentives, and operations management - Integration with Microsoft 365, monday.com, FastLane Next Generation, Outlook, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MuleSoft, SAP ERP (LaGov), and AdobeSign - AI capabilities, data migration, identity and access management, and compliance with Louisiana Information Security Policy - Ongoing support, training, and post-implementation services - Notable Requirements: - Solution must be secure, scalable, and compliant with state data governance and security policies - Must support approximately 220 internal users initially, with potential for external portal expansion - Flexible licensing and procurement models accepted - Vendors must have at least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience, including public-sector projects and integrations - Participation by Veteran and Hudson Initiative small businesses is encouraged and incentivized - Phased implementation and multi-release approaches are permitted - Payments tied to successful completion and approval of project phases

Description

This solicitation is for the implementation of a Salesforce-based solution to support Louisiana Economic Development's (LED) grants, incentives, contracts, correspondence, and related operations management. The project aims to modernize and integrate LED's operational systems to improve transparency, efficiency, compliance, reporting, and cross-program coordination while supporting future expansion. The selected contractor will work closely with LED business stakeholders and IT staff to tailor the solution to LED's business processes and operating requirements. The scope includes scalability to support integration with various SaaS and proprietary applications such as Microsoft 365, monday.com, FastLane Next Generation, Outlook, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MuleSoft, and SAP ERP system (LaGov).
