Description
The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite qualified Proponents to submit proposals for Licensing Solution Partner (LSP) services. FNHA currently operates under two Microsoft Enterprise Agreements with active terms through September 30, 2028 and February 29, 2029, and requires an active LSP to transact under them. The selected LSP will manage orders, billing, reporting, compliance, and provide licensing guidance and optimization. FNHA has approximately 1,250 staff and anticipates increased cloud adoption, expecting strategic advice on licensing models and cost optimization. This procurement ensures continuity of service and support through the remaining Enterprise Agreement terms.
