Description

The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, rental, placement, and incidentals necessary for providing and servicing portable toilets at 8 public access sites in Koochiching and St. Louis Counties. The service period is from June 2026 through October 18, 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting all specifications. A Price Schedule must be completed and submitted as part of the bid.
