The City of Ontario is seeking bids for roadway sign materials for fiscal year 26/27. Products will be requested on an as-needed basis throughout the remainder of the current fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. Bidders may submit "or equals" or "compatible" products with required specification sheets and a Non-Collusion Declaration Form. No substitutions will be considered unless approved in writing by May 21, 2026, 5:00 P.M. Insurance certification as specified in bid documents is required from the awardee.
