Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a sole source procurement to Teaching Strategies, LLC for the purchase of the existing ReadyRosie software for one year at an estimated cost of $20,060.80. ReadyRosie is an app-based software designed to assist parents in promoting child learning and development through video modeling and mobile technology. The software includes a tracking system for parent involvement and activities and provides a researched-based parenting curriculum that meets Federal and Head Start requirements.
