This Invitation to Tender is issued by the Health Organization for selecting a Telecommunications Contractor as the prime contractor for the Wander System and Nurse Call System Upgrade at the Minoru Residence in Richmond. The prime contractor will be responsible for delivering fully operational Fire Alarm interfaces, Door Hardware integrations, associated cabling, coordination, testing, and commissioning.
