The Government of Canada, through Health Canada, is seeking information from potential suppliers regarding the collection of food samples for the Canadian Total Diet Study (TDS), which monitors chemical contaminants in foods consumed by Canadians. The project involves purchasing food samples from grocery stores, fast food outlets, takeout restaurants, and specialty food establishments in Calgary, Alberta, in autumn 2026.
