The scope involves preparing, packaging, and delivering meals to multiple school sites during summer and intersession programming, complying with all applicable federal, state, and local child nutrition requirements. LBUSD seeks vendors with the capacity to support high-volume, multi-site meal distribution while maintaining food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across ELO-P operations.
