Description

The Long Beach Unified School District (LBUSD) is seeking qualified vendor(s) to provide comprehensive Intercom, Clock, and Bell Safety (ICS) System Support and Maintenance services district-wide. The contract term is anticipated to start on August 1, 2026, and continue through July 31, 2029, with a three-year base contract and options to extend for up to two additional one-year terms based on satisfactory performance. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the District's Online Vendor Portal by June 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
