This opportunity seeks a contractor to design and construct a new office space within the existing shop area for the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344. - Government Buyer: - Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344 - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Complete design (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical) and construction of a new, fully functional office room (approx. 38 square meters) - Wall assembly with 16 mm gypsum board, full-depth acoustical insulation, and acoustical sealant - Vinyl floor tile installation to match existing office area - Water-resistant protection on shop side of partition wall - Fire-rated door assembly (minimum 90-minute fire rating, STC 40+, commercial hardware) - Forced air heating system with central thermostat - Central air conditioning - Voice and data wiring for approximately 10 workstations - Painted drywall and suspended acoustic ceiling grid with sound insulation - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Compliance with Canadian Electrical Code, National Building Code, and local inspection authority standards - Soundproofing and fire safety features (STC-rated doors, acoustic insulation) - One-year warranty on work and $2 million liability insurance required - Provision of record drawings and operations/maintenance manuals upon completion - Coordination with ongoing operations, waste removal, and permit acquisition - All work must be completed to deliver a ready-to-occupy office space

The Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344 invites prospective proponents to submit proposals for the construction of a new, fully functional office space within the existing shop area located at S.E. 1/4 Sec. 15 Twp. 38 Rge. 6 W3rd, R.M. of Corman Park No. 344. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of design including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical, as well as construction, delivering a complete, ready-to-occupy office room. The project details are further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). Submission deadline is June 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST.
