This solicitation is a Request for Proposal to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for providing dental and/or vision coverage for employees, dependents, and pre-Medicare eligible retirees of the City of Chesapeake, VA. The contract is for a five-year period with options for five additional one-year renewals, effective January 1, 2027. The City expects proposals to mirror the current plans and offers two dental plans through Anthem and two vision plans through Davis Vision.
