Description

The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) is seeking qualified individuals, firms, or entities to provide on-call technical production and engineering services at its managed facilities. This solicitation establishes a term contract with multiple awards to create a pre-qualified vendor pool of skilled technical personnel across one or more service categories. The services include audio, lighting, and video engineering, as well as production supervision and coordination, to support LRCVB's Production Services Department. The contract term is one year with up to three one-year renewals at the sole discretion of LRCVB and approval of the A&P Commission.
