Description

Ramsey County seeks Contractors to act as Administrative Hearing Officers to conduct hearings on the merits of administrative citations issued by the County. The administrative citation process is used by the Parks & Recreation Department and the Environmental Health Division and involves a County administrative appeal process rather than the criminal court system. The County intends to enter into agreements with multiple Contractors for a maximum five-year term with a combined awarded total not to exceed $175,000. These cooperative contracts will be available for use by all County departments.
