Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD) is seeking qualified providers for supplemental special education services to support students across the district. - Government Buyer: - Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD), Special Education Department, Director of Purchasing - Services Requested: - Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) services (up to 18 providers) - In-person or virtual delivery - Includes evaluations, case management, progress reports, ARD participation, and related paperwork - Capacity to serve over 300 students - Diagnostician (Diag) services (up to 4 providers) - In-person or virtual delivery - Includes evaluations, case management, ARD participation, and related paperwork - Capacity to serve up to 85 students - Flexible pricing models required (hourly, daily, or per report/evaluation) - Services to be provided five days a week, up to eight hours per day, aligned with the district's academic calendar - Notable Requirements: - Provider licensure verification, background checks, fingerprinting, and insurance - Data protection and compliance with Texas and federal education regulations - User-friendly virtual platform required for remote services - Preference for providers with Texas public school experience and familiarity with Frontline Education's Esped system - Ability to start services immediately upon district need - Current Vendors: - Trinity ES LLC (Diagnostician services) - E-Therapy Inc (Speech services) - Contract Structure: - Primary period: August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027 - Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) with possible extensions for compensatory or extended school year services - Locations: - Services delivered at WFISD campuses and facilities in Wichita Falls, TX - Main contracting office: 1104 Broad Street, Wichita Falls, TX 76301
